Welcome to East Texas Golden Retrievers. We are a family -owned hobby breeder located outside of Lufkin, TX. All of our dogs are American Kennel Club registered and will excel in both pet homes and hunting environments. We provide a full range of golden shades- from light to mahogany reds.
My dog, Honey, is where my love for Golden Retrievers began three years ago. She has brought so much joy into our lives. Honey had her first litter February of 2025. This has been an incredible experience for us. I've loved every minute of watching those babies grow and developing connections with their new owners. We hope to make everyone feel connected with us, because these puppies are a part of our family, even though they are miles away.

Where our love for goldens started
My brother and I got our first golden "Duke" when we were kids. Duke was kind, wise and full of life. That's where our love for goldens originated. Duke was a part of our family and we're so thankful for the time spent with him.
When we lost Duke, we lost a piece of ourselves. However, we and our families carry on his legacy by spreading the joy he brought us; with other families, so you too can experience that same joy in a childhood best friend.
